Baby it's cold outside!!! Multiple trips outside to the chicken house, and a trip to Tractor Supply meant that I earned a cup of hot cocoa!!! Yay!!! Unfortunately though, I didn't have any packets of hot cocoa, but fortunately I had cocoa powder and a recipe....and it's an easy recipe that let's you use the microwave...
Here's the recipe
Microwave single serve hot cocoa
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Dash of salt
1 cup of milk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1) mix sugar, cocoa powder and salt in a large mug
2) heat milk in microwave on high for 1 & 1/2 min or until hot
3) gradually add milk to cocoa mixture, stir well, and then add vanilla.
4) ENJOY!!!!
