Peach Bread Recipe

So, as promised yesterday, here is that peach bread recipe!!!! I sent some to work with my hubby, and his coworkers just ate it up!!!

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 & 3/4 cup all purpose flour
1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 & 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups fresh sliced peaches
3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 tsp vanilla extract

Cream butter; gradually add sugar, mix well

Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition

Mix together next 5 ing; add to creamed mixture alternately with peaches, beginning and ending with flour mixture.

Stir in orange juice and vanilla

Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan

Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean

Cool in pan for 10 min, and then remove from pan, and cool completely
